REQUEST AN INTAKE

Go to the contact tab to reach out to schedule a brief telephone conversation. An initial assessment appointment may be scheduled from there. Initial assessment appointments are typically 60-minute sessions and involve obtaining a comprehensive history. Follow-up visits are generally scheduled at the conclusion of this initial visit. The timing and frequency of follow-up appointments are determined by clinical need, availability, and affordability.

InSurance

At this time, I do not participate in any insurance plans. You may be able to submit for out-of-network service reimbursement from your health insurance. Please reach out for support on how to figure this out. I will provide the necessary documentation.

Fees

Visits are $150 per hour session. A sliding scale maybe possible based on income and insurance coverage. Fees are due at the time of the visit and are payable via check, Venmo, card, or cash.
