New Clients
I am currently accepting new clients both virtually and in person.
I am here to support you in understanding, caring for, and investing in yourself. I provide a safe space for you to let out difficult to express thoughts and feelings in order to find relief, new perspective, and growth. Shame holds so many people trapped in their problems and suffering. I can provide a professional sounding board for fresh insight leading to progress. Before it gets better, it can get messy, and I will be there to support you through it with the full attentiveness and acceptance you deserve. Through this process we can connect and form a deeper shared understanding of what is the matter and what change looks like for you, that you can then take out into the world and build on!
